NEED Promo Codes for October 2026

Worth the splurge for vegan dessert

I was looking for a good vegan ice cream and stumbled upon NEED. The prices seemed a bit high at first, but I got a first-order discount which made it more reasonable. I ordered the ice cream flight kit, which was a great way to try a few different flavors. The coffee flavored dairy-free ice cream was my favorite. It came well-packaged, and everything was still frozen. For a specialty item, the value was there, especially with the discount. It's hard to find decent plant-based options that aren't loaded with weird ingredients, so this felt like a good find for the quality you get. I'd consider ordering again when they have another deal.

Good ice cream, fast shipping

Ordered the chocolate peanut butter ice cream. It arrived quickly and was still perfectly frozen. Tasted great. Will buy again from them.

Tasty but shipping was slow

I ordered the mint chip vegan ice cream and a pint of the vanilla bean. The ice cream itself is really good, nice and creamy for being plant-based, and the flavors were spot on. However, it took almost a week to get to me in Texas, which felt a bit long for something that needs to stay frozen. It was still frozen when it arrived, thanks to the insulated shipping liners, but I was checking the tracking constantly. The customer service was responsive when I asked about the delay, which was a plus. Maybe faster shipping options would be good for future orders, especially in warmer months. Overall, happy with the product quality.

Really liked the salted caramel

I got the salted caramel plant-based ice cream last week and it was pretty good. It got here in about 4 days, all frozen solid in the insulated liner. I was worried it would melt in transit but it held up. It's nice to have a dairy-free option that actually tastes rich. Definitely want to try some other flavors next time, maybe the strawberry balsamic.
